Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may be extended during holidays, product, launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, if applicable. Delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, processing, incorrect, shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for order shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.
Lost, Stolen , or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package rest with the carrier we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file any claims related to shipment issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

We take great care in packaging all products, however, minor packaging. Imperfections may occur during transit, and do not qualify for a refund returned or exchange.
